Urban is pleased to announce that Harry V. Lewis, PE, has joined the Construction and Program Management Services Department as a Construction Manager. He will be based in the firm’s Hartford, CT location.

Lewis, a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, has nearly 30 years of diverse experience. He has served in a number of roles during his career, including Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Quality Control Manager.

His skills and expertise include supervising inspection staff; negotiating and processing change orders; managing budgets, schedules, and personnel; interacting and meeting with stakeholders, subconsultants, and the general public; and reviewing design plans, specifications, and contractor submittals.

Lewis is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
