Urban is pleased to announce that Edward C. Fronczkiewicz, Jr., Esq., has been admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. A vice president and general counsel for Urban, Mr. Fronczkiewicz was admitted as a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies’ (ACEC) Legal Counsel Forum representing the state of Pennsylvania.

 

“I am humbled and extremely honored to have been admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court,” said Mr. Fronczkiewicz. “I am thankful to ACEC and its general counsel, Charles Kim, Esq., for making all of the arrangements for the admissions ceremony and Sarah Biser, Esq., for making the motion for admission. I would like congratulate my colleagues of the ACEC Legal Counsel Forum who were also sworn in.”

 

The Legal Counsel Forum meets at each ACEC Convention and brings together attorneys representing member firms to discuss major legal issues affecting the engineering industry. Mr. Fronczkiewicz was one of 10 attorneys from the forum to be admitted to the bar by Chief Justice John Roberts. All eight of the serving Justices were present for the ceremony.

 

Mr. Fronczkiewicz graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law. With more than 16 years of experience, he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, District of New Jersey. He and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the ASFE Advocates Assembly, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
