For almost 23 years, Mike has been living his childhood dream of being an engineer and has dedicated himself to serving as a leader for making improvements in all phases of civil engineering and bridge design. His expertise includes designing composite steel girder and prestressed concrete beam bridges, retaining structures, bridge inspection, and three-dimensional modeling. His portfolio of experience is filled with complex projects performed for DOT and highway agencies, transit authorities and municipal clients.

Outside of the office, his passion is helping others, whether it's getting involved in his children's education and school programs, coaching local sports teams, or helping with organizations such as the Future City Competition.  Learning from the great examples set by his mentors, he takes every opportunity he can to give back. He also makes sure to make time to relax and spend time with his family, his wife, and three kids, even if it’s just ordering pizza and watching a movie on a Friday night.

A Registered Professional Engineer in 5 states, Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Villanova University and a master’s in engineering management from Drexel University. He is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the American Railway Engineering & Maintenance of Right-of-Way Association (AREMA), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
