Cotilus Joins Urban

Urban is pleased to welcome Ernest Cotilus to our Construction and Program Management Services Practice as a Construction Manager. A graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Cotilus brings more than 38 years of experience to Urban.

Previously, Cotilus worked for the City of Philadelphia in the Department of Streets and the Department of Commerce as a Construction Manager.

He has worked on such projects as the Center City Signals Improvement and South Street Streetscape Projects, the Independence Mall Elevators, South Street Detour Traffic Signalization Improvement Project, and numerous others.
