A Senior Vice President and associate of the firm, Matthew C. Marquardt, PE, oversees the firm’s facilities construction, site development, structural and building systems design, airport, transit and rail departments.
With almost 30 years of experience in the industry, Matt's expertise encompasses the design, inspection, and construction management of a variety of transportation and site/land engineering assignments for both private and public clients.
He is a registered professional engineer in 12 states and has served or is serving as a board member of American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania, Past President of American Society of Highway Engineers, Chairman of The PENJERDEL Council, and Villanova University Engineering Alumni. He participates in the American Society of Civil Engineers, Women’s Transportation Seminar, the Association of Soil and Foundation Engineers, and IBTTA.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends, staying active by biking, walking and skiing and regularly ‘gives back’ to his community by coaching soccer, softball, and CCD at his local church.
Matt earned a master’s in business administration from Widener University and a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Villanova University.
